CHILE - NEW YEARS DAY

In Chile New Years Day is celebrated on the 31 st of December. This is different because they celebrate New Years Eve in summer. Lots people go to Easter Island, its located on the eastern coast of Chile. Most of the people let off fireworks on New Years Eve. Lots of people prepare delicious meals. In Chile people prefer to spend New Years Eve with family members or friends. They wait anxiously for 12 a.m. because to greet the New Year.

Chile is a very nice place to visit. It has wonderful places to ski and to snowboard. In Chile they speak Spanish and eat lots of meat. If you go farther south you see lots of penguins and glaciers. Lots of the best wines in the world are made in Chile. It has beautiful beaches. Chile is a wonderful country to visit.
