Battle of Boyaca in Columbia

By Joseph

Battle of Boyaca is one of Colombia's holidays they really cherish because the battle of Boyaca represents their freedom. The holiday is on August 7th. They don't really celebrate it like we celebrate Christmas or Thanksgiving. They celebrate it like we celebrate President's Day, we just honor that day. Columbians do not really have to wear a fancy attire. There aren't any special clothes needed for that day.
