My favorite holiday is Christmas!

My favorite holiday is Christmas! My family stayed home. We did not go out of town. My school was closed for two weeks and I stayed home. My family went to the mall and we spent a lot of money for our gifts because Dec 25 is soon. I brought my gifts to my room and my mother and my sister did the same thing because we didn’t want to show each other the gifts. We wanted the gifts to be secret for us. We wrapped the gifts and put them under the tree. The next day we woke up early at 8am. We got up and hurried to our gifts. My sister and I opened a lot of gifts! My mother said “AW! My sweet daughters!”  We hugged her!        
        We went to my aunt’s house for a Christmas party. We enjoyed and met people in our family. My sister and I played with my cousins.
